    1. Describe how your course work has prepared you for this position.
    2. Tell me about the most difficult obstacle that you have had to overcome to achieve a goal or attain a result.
    3. Why have you applied for this position? Tell me what you know about our programs.
    4. How do you stay current with best practices in ergonomics and injury prevention? Can you share a recent development or trend that you’ve incorporated into your work?
    5. Have you had an opportunity to use some of the assessment tools and techniques in a work or practicum setting?Give us an example of a relevant assessment you have used.
    6. Accurate record-keeping is very important to our facility. Tell me about a time when you made a mistake in a patient’s record and what steps you took to fix the mistake.
    7. Have you ever consulted with a client whose first language isn’t English? What special steps did you take in this consultation? (Since this position is bilingual, please deliver your response in French.)
