- What do you like least about your present (or last) job?
- What would you do if you discovered a confidential file was missing when you were certain that it had been securely locked away?
- Describe a situation where you made an error in your work. What was the error? What action did you take?
- Tell me about your experience with case management.
- Tell me about your experience in providing services online or via phone.
- How do you handle stress? What methods do you use to manage stress?
- Have you worked on your own original research? Tell me about that research and what you learned from it.
- Describe your experience with assessing service delivery. What area of program assessment were you a part of: needs assessment, program evaluation or outcome evaluation? What did you learn from the experience that you would use in any subsequent assessments?
- Tell me about your experience with culturally-aware counselling.
- Do you have experience working with [this client group, i.e. children, seniors, clients dealing with grief, .etc.]? Tell me about a program or service that you have offered to this client group that you consider to be a professional accomplishment.
- Working in psychology can be very emotionally demanding. How would you prepare for these demands?
- Tell me a time when you had a disagreement with a colleague. What was the situation, the solution, and the outcome? What role did you play in the solution and the outcome?
