  9. Can you give an example of when you identified a safety issue and resolved it?
  10. What do you think is important when keeping track of samples for testing?
  11. Tell me about your experience preparing technical documents such as SOPs, manuals and documenting the manufacturing process.
  12. Biochemists often have to work within a team. Describe a difficult situation in which you were required to establish and build working relationships.
  13. Tell me about a time when you were assigned tasks outside of your job description.
  14. Tell me about a time when you made a suggestion to improve your workplace and the suggestion was rejected. Why do you think the suggestion was rejected? How did you deal with that rejection?
  15. Tell me about a time when you received feedback for your performance at work that your felt was unfair. How did you deal with this issue?

  20. Once you have completed training, much of your work will be completed independently. Is it more important to complete an assignment without assistance or to complete an assignment without errors?
