While you can search by degree and keyword search by department on our job postings, as well as the Career Directory to find organizations that have hired people with your education, or with a similar degree. The Career Directory does not feature every employer in Canada; however, it can provide some ideas about organizations and industries that need employees with your education.
The Career Directory provides you with information on student and new grad opportunities with organizations that are included on their Top Employers for Young People list. By using the filtered search for The Career Directory, you will also be able to determine if the organization has available job openings in your field.
In this example, we are using "Speech Pathology" to search for organizations and jobs according to the area of study
Provided that Eluta has collected this information, you will be able to determine if the organization hires summer or co-op students, what benefits they offer, such as tuition remission or flexible work schedules.
Eluta will provide a list of organizations that have hired people with that education in the past; however, this is not every employer in Canada, just the employers that have a relationship with Mediacorp Canada, the parent company of the Eluta search engine. These search results can provide examples of employers that have hired people with a similar education.
